- Writing Job Descriptions: Just like writing new policies, coming up with new job descriptions can be a tricky task to get started. Ask ChatGPT or Microsoft Bing for help... that's what they're there for.
- Editing: AI tools like Grammarly can be a lifesaver when you have lots of writing to do! In addition to correcting spelling and punctuation mistakes, it also makes suggestions that may improve your writing.
- Personality tests: There are some really cool tools out there that allow you to take the results of your employee's personality tests and compare them to other employees to see who would mesh better and work better together.
