• Writing Policies: Sometimes getting started with a big task like writing policies can be tricky. Where do you begin? What do you need to say? AI can help you get started with that task.
• Termination Letters: Letting an employee go is one of the hardest things an HR professional has to do. AI can take some of the pain of this task away from you by writing a termination letter for you.
• Writing Job Descriptions: Just like writing new policies, coming up with new job descriptions can be a tricky task to get started. Ask ChatGPT or Microsoft Bing for help... that's what they're there for.
• Editing: AI tools like Grammarly can be a lifesaver when you have lots of writing to do! In addition to correcting spelling and punctuation mistakes, it also makes suggestions that may improve your writing.

• Personality tests: There are some really cool tools out there that allow you to take the results of your employee's personality tests and compare them to other employees to see who would mesh better and work better together.
