Happy Birthday isolved Talent Acquisition (and our applicant tracking system)

Last week isolved Talent Acquisition and our applicant tracking system turned 9 years old! We couldn't let this success go unmarked. So, in true isolved Talent Acquisition style, we got together and partied to celebrate the growth and exciting changes that have happened since the company's inception back in 2006.

So much has changed for us as a company, especially of the past 5 years. Our employee base has grown from 3 to over 60 employees along with our client base to over 3,000. We have experienced triple digit grown for 3 consecutive years. Here are a few of our more notable accomplishments over the past few year:

Human dominoes, birthday cake, Food Trucks, gifts, employee awards, blowing out the candles, new t-shirts, birthday hats, team building games, founder speech, and plenty of photo opps were all part of the celebration. Some of our tech guys from Mexico even made the trek and were a part of the festivities.

Along with celebrating past accomplishments, we also looked ahead and recognized that the best is yet to come. After our first quarter, we are on the path to a record-breaking year, high growth, high revenue, more innovation, and even more amazing clients as part of our isolved Talent Acquisition family. We can't wait!
