Becoming an expert and trusted leader in your field is something all professionals strive for. In the Human Resources field, there are a handful of certifications to choose from, including PHR, SPHR, aPHR, PHRca, GPHR, PHRi, or SPHRi. In addition to the HR certifications provided by HRCI, SHRM provides two options - SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP. The type of certification you pursue will depend on education, experience, location, and each requires an application and passed exam.
In order to maintain HR certification, professionals must complete a certain number of continuing education credit hours, both instructor and self-led. Webinars are a great avenue to obtain your self-led continuing education activities! What is HRCI & SHRM certification?
Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) are organizations that certify that one demonstrates continuous improvement, commitment, and competence in the Human Resources field throughout their career. Becoming certified proves that you are a recognized expert and leader in the Human Resources industry. In order to maintain HR certification credentials, one must complete or attend a variety of activities, including HR-related webinars, seminars, and conferences.

How do I earn HR certification credits?
All of our free HR webinars are pre-approved for HRCI and SHRM-CP credit, most are worth 1 credit hour. We have a system that tracks registrants and attendees so if you're present for the webinar, we will send a follow-up email that will contain resources and credit codes. Watch for that email in your inbox the same day as the webinar!
How do I submit my HR certification credits?
When you go to submit your HR credits, you will need to know the activity date, Activity ID (codes), and title of the activity you attended.
