Applicant Dispositions
As your applicants move through the hiring process, you can show their progress along the way with applicant dispositions within your Applicant Tracking System. At a glance you and your hiring managers can see if an applicant is ready to be interviewed or has been knocked out for not meeting minimum requirements for the job.
Posting your job and receiving applicants starts the beginning stages of your hiring process. Each position that you post within your personal job page, will have their own set of applicants. As a hiring team you will have the ability to place these applicants into their own designated categories. For example isolved Talent Acquisition gives you the option to use such applicant dispositions such as:
- forwarded to department
- hired
- not selected
These dispositions and many others can be set by the hiring team to ensure that applicants are being tracked through the entire hiring process.
