“Stop looking - this is the product your small business needs! I appreciate the support that comes with the product. You can speak with someone by phone, online chat, or email. If you ask for feedback on a routine item, your implementation specialist will create a video that other users in your group can use should they have the same question down the line. The "help" feature located within the tool is the most useful one I've come across in my 15 years of working with HRIS tools.
