The Windham is looking for an Executive Chef. Our Executive Chef (Culinary Director) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing for the community kitchen and dining experience. What will you do as the Director of Culinary Experience?

• Direct and manage all food and beverage staff including front and back of house operations. Achieve all budgetary goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience.
• Maintain all departmental documentation according to state and federal regulations.
• Plan and execute all menus and meal preparation and events.
• Maintain inventory control of food, alcohol, supplies, and equipment.
• Food, alcohol, and equipment purchasing.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate staff.
• Revise duties for F&B staff.
• Provide a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Monitor all food handling procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Continually explores means of revenue enhancement and expense reduction.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in food preparation.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• 2 - 5 years of both front and back of the house experience.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
