WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR STORE TEAM MEMBER?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 months of retail and/or device repair experience (preferred)

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

The shifts for this customer service and retail position vary. Our store hours are as follows:

• 8 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday
• 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday
• 10 am - 6 pm, Sunday

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A STORE TEAM MEMBER?

Every shift as a Store Team Member, you greet customers, answer their questions, and help them find the right products. You handle battery replacements, program key fobs, cut keys, and even assist with minor device repairs. Whether troubleshooting a cell phone issue or installing a new car battery, you ensure every customer is satisfied.
