Shop Support Assistant

Crossroads Mobile Maintenance (CRMM) is looking to hire a full-time Shop Support Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations at our Williamsburg, IA location.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive and process incoming orders, including parts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
• Operate company vehicle to procure parts, replenish bulk gas, etc.
• Assist technicians with preparing vehicles or equipment for service, including cleaning, prepping, and moving vehicles or equipment as needed.
• Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure the shop has the necessary resources to perform tasks.
• Provide general assistance to the Operations Manager.
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
