Apartment Maintenance Technician

Summit Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Boulder Crossroads Apartments in Denver, CO to join our amazing team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose and solve electrical issues.
• Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Complete maintenance make-ready sheets as assigned.
• Turn vacant apartments
• The ability to sweat pipes and service furnaces/water heaters and troubleshoot boilers is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies including weekends when assigned.
• Professionally represent the company at all times.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
