Food Safety Environmental Compliance Supervisor

Requirements

•Employee must be detail oriented.

•Employee must have the ability to work with outside personnel such as consultants, auditors, agency representatives.
•Employee must be willing to work within the warehouse.
•Validates activities based on the Master Sanitation Schedule.
•Manage, train, motivates and evaluates Sanitation associates.
•Provide clear communication and expectations of Sanitation associates.
•Manage, maintain, and order Sanitation material inventory.
•Ensures compliance with company standards to monitor Food Safety and Sanitation programs.
•Implement Trash, Recycling programs and Green Waste programs that align with CA SB 1383.
•Must be able to make decisions in critical moments without assistance.
•Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
•Must have a sense of responsibility and a sense of urgency to resolve fast paced job duties.
•Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, working with others, great verbal, and written communication skills. Bilingual preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule when required to assess certain business needs during different shifts. This position will encompass the companies Food Safety Program and Sanitation Program. Employee will also be responsible for the review and management of our waste services and by product programs. The ideal candidate will possess the interest of continuous improvement for OK Produce. Must be willing to also do physical labor when needed to ensure Sanitation compliance. Candidate also, will be responsible for Third Party cleaning services review.

PAY RANGE
$ 75K - $90K Salary

Shift & Workweek
•Early Morning
•Work weekends depending on operation needs
