Part Time Bow Technician

The primary objective of a Bow Technician is to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Sell products and services by obtaining, clarifying, recording, and forwarding orders. Maintain inventory by receiving and disbursing supplies and equipment. This technician would be located at our Mount Joy, PA store location.

The ideal candidate for this position loves to shoot or hunt with a bow! If you currently work on your own bow that's a plus. We do have experienced staff that will put you through a training program designed for bow technicians.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and create sales through servicing the customer and meeting their needs
• Attract potential customers and clarify customer's understanding of products and services by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services; explaining product and service features; offering relevant information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain knowledge of products and services by reading specification updates; attending information meetings; referring questions to supervisor
• Increase sales by suggesting related and additional products and services
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers by responding to requests, setting up bows and working with customers to refine technical set up.
• Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
