Part-time Library HR Coordinator
The East Moline Public Library has an open position for a part-time HR Coordinator. This person will be responsible for facilitating all HR functions and processes for a staff of 15. These tasks include but are not limited to: managing employee leave and benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, record-keeping, trainings, and all aspects of the hiring process. We are looking for a detail-orientated, discreet individual with strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills who has knowledge of Federal and Illinois labor laws/employment regulations and proficiency in HR administration.
This person will work onsite Monday-Friday with the ability for flexible scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field required.
