Ford Service Appointment Coordinator

AutoFair Ford of Haverhill is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Do you like speaking of the phone and wnat to get paid well for it? Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and assist in setting appointments
  • Greet opportunities with an energetic and positive attitude
  • Provide customers with the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
  • Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements:

  • At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
