Behavior Technician-Beaumont and Surrounding Areas

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services.

Currently, we are in the process of completing interviews in Beaumont and the surrounding areas. We are on the lookout for individuals who are not only passionate but also determined to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule, offering flexibility between 3 PM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, and we provide additional benefits, including compensation for same-day client cancellations, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

Ad Astra also offers the opportunity to participate in the RBT Certification Program, leading to registration as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Beyond this, there are growth prospects that extend to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will be:

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.

• Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the magic at home.

• Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making data-driven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
