Site Development Foreman

Welcome to Stuart Contractors, LLC., a company dedicated to shaping Easton, MD landscapes. We're actively seeking a full-time Site Development Foreman to join our team.

BASICS: PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

This position starts at $30.00/Hr and is based on experience.

We also offer this position generous benefits such as health insurance (including Dental and Vision), a 401(k) with match, PTO, overtime pay, performance reviews, opportunities for professional growth, NO layoffs during the winter months, and pay for travel after 90 days of employment.

The Site Development Foreman role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, beginning at 7 AM.

YOUR ROLE

Your typical day as a Site Development Foreman is multifaceted. You'll be overseeing civil site work and underground utilities, ensuring seamless project management. Leading a small crew, managing project setups and layouts, and fostering quality assurance and customer relations will be key aspects of your role. Safety is a priority, and your vigilance ensures that our projects meet the highest standards. From sunrise to sunset, you'll navigate the intricacies of construction, demonstrating both leadership and hands-on expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Site Development
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in Civil Site Work
• Willingness to operate machinery and perform labor as needed
• Reliable transportation
