What we offer:

Generous starting annual salary: $60,000-$79,000, commensurate with experience
Two weeks of PTO in the first year

You're our frontrunner if you have:

At least two years experience as a Property Manager for a residential property management company (100% requirement)
Experience managing a residential portfolio of at least 200 units.
An active Illinois Brokers License
Ability to learn new software and technological systems (Podio/Appfolio)
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Solid organizational, planning, and analytical skills
The desire to do things right the first time, on time, every time
A love for processes and finding ways to improve them for better results
The ability to carefully follow directions (see What We Need below!)

Our licensed property manager will:

Fully own all aspects of property lifecycles and overall performance of the portfolio
Guide other team members, clients, and residents through property lifecycles
Mentor and coach assigned assistant property manager(s)
Consistently provide stellar customer service for all owner and tenant requests
Make informed decisions based on assigned properties, markets, laws, leasing, and relationships
Calmly handle emergent issues while presenting viable options for resolution
Monitor healthy portfolio metrics and maintain accurate property management documentation
Within the first year, manage the smooth operation of the assigned property portfolio
